§ 14-1. Mobile home setup and installation.

(a)

Any mobile home setup or placement contractor or subcontractor engaged in the operation of locating, setting or placing a mobile home on any authorized mobile home lot within the city shall hereby be registered or properly licensed with the city. When obtaining a permit the contractor or subcontractor shall engage and utilize a city-approved electrician, plumber, mechanical or gas contractor for each installation.

(b)

It shall be the responsibility of any mobile home setup or placement contractor or subcontractor to assure that the mobile home situated and tied down on any approved lot shall adhere to all city and state requirements regarding tiedowns, setbacks and proper hookups.
