§ 14-266. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Design professional means a registered engineer under F.S. ch. 471, or a registered architect under F.S. ch. 481, or a firm of registered architects and/or registered engineers.

Threshold building means any threshold building as defined by F.S. § 553.71(6) (Laws of Fla., ch. 83-160).
