§ 14-311. Intent.

The intent of this article is to provide for the regular and systematic inspection of commercial, industrial, office and multifamily institutional properties within the city to ensure compliance with city codes pertaining to those sites, and specifically to assure that the improvements required on the final development (site) plan are properly maintained. The program contains specific criteria on which to evaluate maintenance, and guidelines for the correction of code and maintenance deficiencies.
