§ 18-58. Fingerprinting, identification of applicant; police report.

  • Should the answers to the inquiries set forth in section 18-57 show that applicant has no previous criminal record, that his general reputation is good and that no complaints have been made against him, the applicant shall then proceed to the police department for the purpose of fingerprinting and identification, and the community development director or his designee shall request of the police department its report on the applicant.
