§ 18-60. Issuance of business tax receipt.

Should the applicant for a business tax receipt under this article comply with the foregoing provisions of this article, the community development director or his designee shall issue a business tax receipt for such business upon the payment of the business tax prescribed by the city council. However, should the applicant fail to meet the requirements as set forth in this article, such business tax receipt shall not be issued.
