§ 18-232. Basis of authority.

This article is enacted under the home rule power of the city in the interest of the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the city, and under the authority of the city to regulate the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages under the Twenty-First Amendment to the United States Constitution.
