§ 18-238. Immunity from prosecution.

The city and all of its officials, departments, employees and agents, and all other law enforcement officers, shall be immune from civil or criminal prosecution for reasonable, good-faith trespass upon an adult entertainment establishment or escort service while acting within the scope of the authority provided by this article.
