§ 18-244. Reports and records.

  • Each business tax receipt recipient shall keep such records and make such reports as may be required by the city manger to implement this article and to carry out its purpose. Whenever the information required by or provided under section 18-241 has changed, the business tax receipt shall promptly report to the city manager the changed information.
