§ 18-102. Same—Permitting minors to participate in games or loiter about premises.

It shall be unlawful for any person keeping or carrying on, either himself or in connection with another or for another, any poolroom or billiard parlor for the general public, to allow a minor to engage in any game therein or to loiter in such place.
