§ 18-97. Regulation of play by minors where alcoholic beverages are served.

  • It shall be unlawful for the owner and/or operator of any business holding a current alcoholic beverage license which allows for the consumption of alcoholic beverages on the business premises (COP license) to permit any person under 21 years of age (a minor) to engage in the play of any coin-operated skill or amusement device which may be located on or about the business premises or to play any game of billiards or pool on or about the premises unless such minor is accompanied by a lawful parent or guardian.
