§ 18-278. Legislative authorization.

This article is established in the interests of the public health, safety and general welfare of the citizens and inhabitants of the City of Port Orange, Florida, pursuant to article VIII, section 2, Florida Constitution; F.S. ch. 166; and the general home rule power of the city.
