§ 18-284. Conflict with state law.

Nothing in this article shall be intended to conflict with the provisions of the Florida Constitution or F.S. ch. 849, concerning gambling. In the event of a direct and express conflict between this article and either the Florida Constitution or F.S. ch. 849, then the conflicting provision of the Florida Constitution or F.S. ch. 849, as applicable, shall control.
