§ 2-189. Compensation and evaluation.

(a)

The rate of compensation shall be agreed on between the administrative official and the city manager at the time of employment. Salary increases may be granted from time to time at the discretion of the city manager within the limitations of the budget.

(b)

The city manager will regularly discuss with all administrative officials their performance. This discussion will be documented at a minimum annually.
