§ 2-207. Statutory authority.

This article is adopted pursuant to the authority granted to municipalities in F.S. ch. 162 and F.S. ch. 166 to supplement methods of enforcing codes and ordinances in the city, and is enacted to protect the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the city. Any code or ordinance of the City of Port Orange shall be enforceable through this article.
