§ 2-236. Same—By other public body.

  • If the city council finds and determines that it is to the best interest of the public and the citizens of the city to permit the use of personal property owned by the city by any other lawfully constituted public body in case of emergency or to promote the best interest of the people of the city, such personal property may be loaned or leased to such duly constituted public body after the same has been authorized by affirmative action of the city council.
