§ 2-278. Professional Services and Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act.

The city's selection process for professional service contracts for professional engineering, architectural, landscape architectural, and surveying or mapping services and design build professionals are governed by F.S. § 287.055, the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), as amended from time to time.
