§ 30-26. Florida Fire Prevention Code adopted.

  • There is hereby adopted by the city for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the reasonable protection of life and property from the hazards of fire and explosion due to the storage, use or handling of hazardous materials, substances and devices, and from conditions hazardous to life or property in the use or occupancy of buildings and premises that certain code known as the Florida Fire Prevention Code, current edition and all future editions or amendments as adopted by the state fire marshal, of which not less than one copy has been and is now filed in the office of the city clerk and the same are hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein.
