§ 38-27. Storage by police for 90 days.

The police department may keep and maintain adequate safes, storage rooms, garages or warehouses where the bicycles, boats and other property seized under the provisions of section 38-26 shall be stored or may, in its discretion, utilize commercial concerns. Such property shall be kept for a period of 90 days from the date of such seizure.
