§ 38-32. Statute adopted as supplemental and additional procedure.

The city hereby adopts the provisions of F.S. § 705.16, an additional and supplemental procedure for the removal and destruction of abandoned property. If the circumstances of a particular case would permit the city to proceed under either the provisions of such statute or the other provisions of this article, the chief of police may elect the procedure to be followed.
