§ 42-29. Disposal of trash or shrubbery trimmings.

It shall be unlawful under any pretense whatever for any person to deposit any trash or trimming of shrubbery on any of the sidewalks or water gutters or streets of the city unless permission is obtained so to do from the city manager.
