§ 42-59. Location of vehicles used for human occupancy.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use or occupy any trailer, automobile or other vehicle within the city as place of residence, domicile or living quarters unless the same is located in a licensed mobile home park, trailer park or campground equipped for such use in accordance with the regulation of the state governing mobile home or trailer parks or parking lots for mobile homes, trailers, automobiles or other vehicles to be used as a place of domicile, residence or living quarters for human beings.
