§ 46-36. Equipment, facilities.

(a)

Each massage parlor shall be equipped with a massage table and shall not be furnished or used as a bedroom. All treatment rooms shall be properly ventilated and kept at all times in clean and sanitary condition.

(b)

Adequate bathing, shower, dressing, locker and toilet facilities shall be provided for the number of patrons to be served at any given time. If male and female patrons are to be served simultaneously, separate bathing, shower, dressing, locker, toilet and massage room facilities shall be provided. Doors to all dressing rooms shall be self-closing.
