§ 46-61. Appeals.

An owner or manager may appeal any action of the police chief, including assessment of fees, which is taken pursuant to this article to the city manager. Such appeal must be made in writing within ten days of the action being appealed and shall fully state the basis for the appeal. The city manager shall review the matter being appealed in a timely manner, shall consider all facts and evidence which he deems relevant and shall make a final decision in the matter. The decision of the city manager shall be final.
