§ 46-66. Penalties.

Latest version.

The violation of any provision of this article shall be punished by a fine of $500.00. Each day any violation of any provision of this article shall continue shall constitute a separate offense. Any continuing violation of any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed a public nuisance and may be abated by the city as provided by law.
