§ 50-2. Property and equipment.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to use or occupy buildings, tables, chairs, or other property situated in or on any athletic or recreation facility, other than for the purposes for which the property was constructed and placed in, and intended to be used at the facility.

(b)

It shall be unlawful to injure or destroy any of the buildings, tables, chairs or other property owned by the city and situated in or on any athletic or recreation facility.
