§ 50-85. Cypress passes.

(a)

Cypress passes shall be available for purchase by the general public throughout the year on a pro-rated basis with each pass year beginning on October 1 and ending September 30. Cypress pass holders may reserve a tee time seven days in advance, provided that such pass is valid at the time of play.

(b)

Spouse cypress passes shall be available to the spouse of a cypress pass holder who resides in the same household as the cypress pass holder.

(c)

Trail passes and cart rentals shall be sold separately.
