§ 50-109. Appointments and terms.

Latest version.

The initial appointments to the board shall be as follows:
(a)

Two members shall be appointed for a term expiring April 1, 2019.

(b)

Three members shall be appointed for a term expiring April 1, 2020.

Thereafter all appointments shall be made for a term of three years. All terms shall expire on April 1 in the year of their given expiration. A board member may be reappointed for any number of consecutive terms.
