§ 54-158. Benefits nonforfeitable if plan is terminated or contributions completely discontinued.

In the event that the plan is partially terminated, or contributions to the trust fund are completely discontinued, the rights of each participant in the plan to benefits accrued to such date of termination or discontinuance, shall be nonforfeitable, and such benefits shall be determined and distributed as provided in section 54-171(d) hereof.
