§ 54-164. Expenses of administration,

Latest version.

The city may pay all expenses incurred in the administration of the plan, including expenses and fees of the trustee, custodian, fund attorney and actuary but it shall not be obligated to do so, and any such expenses and fees not so paid by the city shall be paid from the trust fund.

Notwithstanding the above, in no event shall the city pay a fee to an individual trustee appointed hereunder.
