§ 56-36. Builders, building contractors, privately employed tree trimmers, tree surgeons and landscaping and lawn maintenance contractors.

Builders, building contractors and privately employed tree trimmers, tree surgeons and landscaping and lawn maintenance contractors must remove all yard waste and debris from the premises upon which they are working at their own expense. This shall include limbs, tree trunks, roots, concrete slabs, concrete blocks, bricks and all other materials used or generated by contractors in the course of building, altering or service to the premises.
