§ 58-34. Fees.

A nonrefundable permit fee in the amount of $25.00 shall be charged for the issuance of a right-of-way construction permit, which shall be in addition to any other permit fees or charges relative to any proposed construction work. At the time of permit application, a bill for the permit fee will be mailed to the applicant. Failure to pay the permit fee within the time specified on the bill will result in denial of subsequent or additional permits to the applicant until all delinquent fees are paid, in addition to any late charges. Any franchised utility with an agreement which provides for city fees to be credited against franchise fee payments shall be exempt from payment of the permit fee.
