§ 58-38. Emergency work.

If emergency conditions create an immediate hazard to life or property or disruption of utility service, corrective work may be commenced without a permit, but shall proceed in compliance with all other requirements of this article. A permit application shall be submitted to the city no later than two working days after commencement of such emergency work.
