§ 58-52. Permits required.

(a)

No person shall conduct or allow the conduct of any special event on its property or any other property without obtaining a special event permit in accordance with this article.

(b)

Each special event sponsor who applies for a special event which is to be held in conjunction with a regional event shall obtain the special event temporary merchant permit(s) for each special event temporary merchant who will be operating on their property during the special event.
