§ 70-1. Adoption of state law.

(a)

The provisions of F.S. ch. 316 and F.S. ch. 318 are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as an ordinance of the city.

(b)

It is the legislative intent of the city council that any violation of the provisions of F.S. ch. 316 and F.S. ch. 318 occurring within the municipal boundaries of the city shall be a violation of this chapter.

(c)

The penalties for violations of this chapter are to be identical to those prescribed by F.S. ch. 316 and F.S. ch. 318 for violations of its particular provisions.
