§ 70-33.5. Civil traffic infraction hearing officer.

As an alternative to county court as provided in section 70-33, cases involving the violation of the city's parking ordinances may be referred to a hearing officer designated to preside over civil traffic infractions in Volusia County pursuant to F.S. § 318.325, and Rule 6.630, Florida Rules of Traffic Court.
