§ 70-41. Alleys; parking in, obstructing.

(a)

No person shall stop, stand or park any motor vehicle within an alley in a business district, except for the expeditious loading or unloading of materials, and in no event for a period of time to exceed 30 minutes; and no person shall stop, stand or park a motor vehicle in any other alley in such a manner as to obstruct the free movement of vehicular traffic.

(b)

No person shall stop, stand or park any motor vehicle within an alley in such a position as to block the driveway or entrance to any abutting property.
