§ 70-44. Hindering a parked motor vehicle.

It shall be unlawful for any person to park, stop or stand a motor vehicle in such a manner as to obstruct or to prevent the movement of a legally parked vehicle, except temporarily for the purpose of, and while actually engaged in, loading or unloading merchandise or passengers.
