§ 74-43. Denial of service for noncompliance with section 74-42.

The city shall refuse to supply water service to any customer or structure which does not comply with the requirements of section 74-42. No water distribution system which receives its water supply from the city shall permit any customer or structure to connect with such water distribution system in violation of section 74-42.
