§ 74-67. Service extensions.

Where sewer service is requested beyond the limits of the present collection system, the person requesting such service prior to construction shall pay all costs of such extension, including the costs of any pumping stations required. All such extensions shall have plans and specifications prepared by a registered engineer and approved by the city manager or his designee before any extension is commenced.
