§ 74-70. Water-carried facilities required when building or remodeling.

No person shall build or remodel or cause to be built or remodeled any structure used for human habitation or occupancy within the city which is within 100 feet of a city sanitary sewer line unless it is provided with water-carried sewerage facilities that are designed to and constructed to connect to the city's sewer collection system.
