§ 74-74. Owner responsible for house sewer.

The owner of property shall be responsible for maintaining and keeping clean the sewer pipe leading and connecting from the plumbing system to the city sewer system which shall be at a cleanout normally located near the edge of the utility easement or right of way. In the absence of a cleanout the city sewer system shall be at the edge of the utility easement or right-of-way.
