§ 74-75. Responsibility of [for] private sanitary sewer systems.

The owner of the rental property in a mobile home park, campground or any other private development shall be responsible for maintaining and keeping the collection system clean. Upon the owner's request, the city may enter the premises for the purpose of cleaning or repairing the pumping station or collection system therein. Cost of cleaning or repairing based on time and materials used shall be billed to the owner.
