§ 74-82. Prohibited wastes generally.

(a)

No person shall make or maintain any connection with any public or private sewer or appurtenance thereof whereby there may be conveyed into the same suffocating, corrosive, flammable or explosive liquid gas, vapor, substance or material.

(b)

No person shall do any act or thing which may impair or obstruct the flow of any public sewer or clog up any appurtenance thereof, or place therein any substance, solid or waste, other than the waste products for which sewers are provided.
