Upon the promulgation of the federal categorical pretreatment standards for a particular
industrial subcategory, the federal standard found in 40 CFR Chapter I, Subchapter
N, Parts 405-471, if more stringent than limitations imposed under this division for
sources in that subcategory, shall immediately supersede the limitations imposed under
this division. To utilize equivalent mass or concentration limits the city adopts
and incorporates by reference 62-625.410(4), F.A.C. To utilize the combined waste
stream formula the City of Port Orange adopts and incorporates by reference 62-625.410(6),
F.A.C. The city manager or his designee shall notify all affected industrial users
of the applicable reporting requirements under Rule 62-625.410, F.A.C.
