§ 74-112. Compliance generally.

It shall be unlawful to discharge without a city permit to any natural outlet within the city or in any area under the jurisdiction of the city, and/or to the WWF and/or COPOSS any wastewater except as authorized by the city manager or his designee in accordance with the provisions of this division.
