§ 74-185. Public easement required for facilities to be maintained by city.

No facilities will be installed under the provisions outlined in this article and accepted by the city for maintenance unless the facilities are in a dedicated public right-of-way or dedicated public easement. Any new easement shall have a minimum width as specified in the city's land development code.
