§ 74-197. Service interruption.

The city reserves the right to temporarily discontinue service to any portion of or the entire reclaimed water system, as deemed necessary by the city manager or his designee, caused by such matters as acts of God, plant failure or the inability of the city to meet water quality requirements. The city shall not be liable for any damages or loss suffered by the property owner or customer as a result of discontinued service.
