§ 74-241. Adoption of manual.

The city hereby adopts and incorporates into the Code of Ordinances the 2010 City of Port Orange Manual of Cross connection Control, attached as appendix "A" to this article. A property owner and customer shall be jointly and severally liable for compliance with this article and for utilizing the forms approved by the public utilities director for the administration of this article.
