§ 74-242. Cross connection prohibited; penalties.

Cross connection shall be prohibited, as defined by Rule 62-550.200(22), Florida Administrative Code, as amended from time to time. Any person making, or allowing to be made, such cross connection to the city water system shall be subject to the penalties of section 1-8 of this Code, code enforcement board orders, or such other penalties as provided by law.
