§ 74-252. Enforcement for other jurisdictions.

Other jurisdictions supplied with potable water from the Port Orange Water System, including, but not limited to, Daytona Beach Shores, the Town of Ponce Inlet and Volusia County, shall adopt, implement, administer and enforce an ordinance of equal dignity with Ordinance No. 2010-10 within their respective jurisdictions. In the event another jurisdiction supplied with potable water from the Port Orange Water System fails to adopt, implement, administer and enforce an ordinance of equal dignity with Ordinance No. 2010-10, the city shall be authorized to undertake remedial action as provided by law.
